1. What services do you provide?
We provide our clients with efficient and fast junk removal as well as commercial and domestic services. We provide junk removal, rubbish and waste collection and office clearance to make your life easier and rid your environment of dirt and junk.

2. What type of things do you remove?
We can remove virtually anything that you have provided it can be lifted by two workers. We remove all types of junk and rubbish including furniture, appliances, garden refuse, construction materials, roofing and flooring as well as others. If you are unsure of whether or not we can remove a specific type of rubbish, simply contact us and we will answer your questions. We do not remove hazardous materials which can include paint or paint cans, solvents, petrol cans, vehicle batteries and others. Again, contact us and we can let you know if your products can be removed.

3. Why can't you take hazardous materials?
It takes a specific license and insurance type to quality for removing hazardous materials. In order to have these materials removed you should contact your local council for more information.

4. Are you insured to do this work?
Of course. Our trucks and our drivers are fully insured to remove junk and rubbish. This includes insurance against any damage that may be caused to a client’s property during the removal.

5. Why do you charge?
We have various price ranges for our different services. When you contact us, we will provide you with a customized quote for the service that you require.

6. Do I have to be at the property to have junk removed?
This depends. If we can easily access the junk from the road then we do not require that you be present when we arrive. You will need to provide us with specific details for the removal.

Our office hours are: Monday -Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Sat 9:00am - 3.00pm
